As the warm summer sunshine shifts to cooler nights and gentle breezes with a hint of color just starting to paint the leaves, I am reminded of the seasonal shifts we experience as we change our perspective to prepare for the next phase of life. Although summertime used to be thought of as lazy—crazy—hazy days, these days, the end of summer often brings a flurry of activity before we settle into more predictable, reliable routines.

Having pushed so hard these past several months to birth my new book, Chronicles of Hope, for me this is a time of rest and recovery, a time of reflecting on the excitement, the frenzy, and the valuable connections made with so many incredible people. As we transition from the frenzy of summer into a more structured, organized time, I think of how important it is to take the time to pause, slow down, and nurture ourselves on this journey called life. We must create balance. Late summer is a time of harvesting, of planning, and of clearing away the clutter as we store seeds of potential growth for future opportunities. Find a way to make time for some quiet, gentle reflection on all you have experienced, what you have created, how you have grown, and what lessons you have learned through the busy summer days.

Synchronistically, Chronicles of Hope was officially born on 8:8—Lions Gate—an important astrological planetary alignment that heralds the awareness of expanded consciousness. The book was well received at the National Guild of Hypnotists Conference and is now ready to be nourished, nurtured, and placed into the hands and accepted into the hearts of those who will benefit from the messages. There are those who will champion the messages and carry them forward to others who need to be inspired by hope. The Kindle version is now available, as well as on Amazon, and I am so excited to be sharing the audio book with you very soon.

If you are looking for a good book to round out your summer reading, of course I encourage you to purchase your copy of Chronicles of Hope and would appreciate you taking a moment to write a review on the Amazon,  Barnes & Noble, or Chronicles websites. In addition, I have been blessed to embrace a wonderful book by an incredibly spiritual woman, author Chantelle Renee Courville. Aligning with the Divine is a treasure trove of spiritual truths with action steps and tools to help you transform your life. I highly recommend it.

For those who are looking for a safe space to connect with others of like mind, you are invited to join our Inspiring Hope Community as we delve into the teachings and messages of the Collective. We meet online the first Tuesday, and third Thursday of each month.

Also, there is still time for hypnotists to register for the upcoming SRT Training.

Many Blessings to all,

Lois Hermann
